Catlyn is a Grand Junction Native serving both buyers and sellers here on the Western Slope. It was important to Catlyn to obtain a career where she could truly service the community she loves, which led her to becoming a Realtor. She is passionate about advising and assisting her clients to achieve their real estate goals and finds true fulfilment in seeing those goals met and built upon over time! Catlyn will ensure that if she earns the opportunity to work for you that you will be met with a high level of expertise and customer service.

In addition to her career in Real Estate, Catlyn is also a wife and mother to three children. She enjoys playing with her tennis team, skiing and hiking and as a family they are very active in the youth sports programs in Mesa County. Catlyn is very excited to help both buyers and sellers take that next step in their Real Estate journey.

Griffin's journey in the military began as a heavy equipment operator, where he cultivated his skills in precision and efficiency. However, it was his transition to the role of Recruiter for the Colorado Army National Guard that marked a pivotal moment in his career. As a Recruiter, Griffin's ability to connect with people shone brightly. He embraced the responsibility of guiding potential recruits through the enlistment process, offering invaluable support and guidance every step of the way. Griffin's ability to foster meaningful connections and commitment to helping others pursue their aspirations in the military became the cornerstone of his service. These experiences honed Griffin's skills in customer service, emphasizing the importance of attentive, personalized support during major life events. Beyond his professional pursuits, He enjoys golf’s challenges, and the scenic beauty found on the golf courses of the Western Slope. When the snow blankets the mountains, he can be found at Powderhorn from first to last chair. Through these hobbies, he finds balance and fulfillment embracing all that Western Colorado has to offer.

Katie is a Licensed Real Estate Assistant who has been at RE/MAX 4000 for the past six years. She specializes in both Client and Agent support. Katie takes pride in going the extra mile to really get to know the clients, their families and their individual needs. Katie’s first experience in the world of real estate came in high school when working at a Title office. She later worked for a Realtor’s Association and now enjoys being on the other side of the industry. Born and raised in South Dakota, Katie got her Bachelor’s degree from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff before spending several years living in Montana. Katie has happily called the Grand Valley home now for the past 9 years! Katie’s love of photography and appreciation for the beauty of the Western Slope have been a wonderful combination. Katie is a proud “Momma” to two amazing boys. When she isn’t running her busy boys to their sporting events and activities, Katie can be found hiking, enjoying a yoga class or taking in some live music with friends.

Darci is Anna Rickenbach Properties’ Office Manager. She works diligently in helping to create and maintain the systems and processes that help the team run smoothly. Darci specializes in marketing and loves to create marketing pieces that are memorable and engaging. The thing she loves about this business the most is that everyday is a new adventure. When Darci is not at work she enjoys riding motorcycles with her husband, attending concerts, camping, and spending quality time with the people she loves the most. She dotes on her two kids and shuttles them around to all the many things that keep them busy.
